Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used product. If a vial arrives damaged or does not match the issued Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 14 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
