What does "for research use only" mean?
Our products are sold for in-vitro laboratory and research applications only. They are not drugs, supplements, food, or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use. By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher 21 years of age or older.
Where are your peptides made?
In the United States. Every compound in our catalog is synthesized at a domestic U.S. laboratory. We do not source finished material from overseas.
Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently verified for purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry at a third-party analytical lab. We do not grade our own work.
What is the typical purity?
We target ≥99% purity on every batch. Material that does not meet that specification does not ship.
How do I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Contact us with the lot number on your vial label. We retain analytical records for every batch we have ever released and will send the corresponding COA.
How should I store the product?
Lyophilized peptide should be stored at minus 20 degrees Celsius for long-term stability, shielded from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, the product should be refrigerated and used within standard research timelines.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship to United States addresses only. We do not export.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in unmarked, climate-aware packaging with tracking and signature confirmation on every order.
How is payment handled?
We accept secure payment methods that pass our compliance review. Specific options will be presented at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used product. If a vial arrives damaged or fails to match the issued COA, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
