Shipping & Returns

Where We Ship

ChainNovaLabs ships to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and successful research-use verification. Large or custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated up front.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship via tracked, signature-required domestic carrier. Standard transit time is 2–5 business days depending on destination. Expedited options are available on request.

Packaging

All orders ship in unmarked, climate-aware packaging that protects product integrity in transit. There is no exterior branding or product identification on the shipping label.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. If tracking does not update within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if a vial does not match the issued Certificate of Analysis:

Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns of opened, partially used, or unsealed product. Unopened, sealed product in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping; contact us first to receive a return authorization.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused at delivery and returned to us, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation. Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier will be replaced or refunded.
